Our role as organiser

Marina Cruise Royal independently arranges the voyages presented on this site. It is not a comparison service or an aggregator of third-party cruise offers. Particular operational services may be delivered by qualified maritime and port providers.

Starting prices and final quotation

Displayed fares are starting estimates per guest based on double occupancy. A final price depends on stateroom selection, port charges, requested arrangements, optional services and purchases. Only the written quotation prepared for a guest defines the applicable planning total.

Route changes

Safety, weather, port availability, maritime instructions and operational needs can require an altered sequence, substituted port or revised time in port. Such decisions may be made where reasonably necessary for the voyage.

Guest conduct and adult restriction

All guests must be aged 18 or over and are expected to follow lawful crew directions, treat others respectfully and avoid conduct that threatens safety, comfort or property.

Casino admission

The physical onboard casino requires identity and age verification. Admission, games, hours and table limits depend on the vessel and applicable jurisdiction. Marina Cruise Royal or ship personnel may refuse or restrict casino access for safety, compliance or responsible-play reasons.

Personal responsibility for gambling

Gambling is optional paid entertainment. Guests choose whether and how to participate, must understand the rules and should set a personal limit. No result or winning outcome is guaranteed.

Additional expenses

Unless specifically included in a written quotation, port charges, private shore arrangements, premium dining or beverages, spa services, retail purchases and casino expenditure remain the guest’s responsibility. Casino chips have no value beyond the applicable settlement process and must be exchanged before the journey ends.

Intellectual property

The Marina Cruise Royal name, emblem, written material, interface design and original imagery are protected content. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marina Cruise Royal is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, personal decisions, unavailable optional services or changes required for maritime safety. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep voyage descriptions clear and current, but ship arrangements, dining details, casino games and other onboard services can change. Current onboard notices and crew directions take precedence during a journey.
